PENNDOT-Techniques for Improving Highways?
Society is riddled with what seems to be poor management or unorganized methods of conducting business. We have all seen it. But much of that pales in comparison to how the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT) seems to conduct business. Maybe I am missing something. If so I hope someone writes in and corrects me!
Is there anyone out there, even just one sole, who can explain PENNDOTs techniques? I am certain other people in other states have the same issues as well. I can only speak about PENNDOT. Read more »
