Club Cards

The other day I got to the register at a self-checkout and suddenly completely forgot what store I was in and which key ring club card I was suppose to use. It was the club cards that got me confused in the first place! Several of them looked alike and most were the same shape. When I got up to the checkout to pay I started flipping through them, after an extraordinary battle to even get them out of my pant’s pocket, and suddenly forgot which store I was in and what club card was to be used! Customer Support and Accents
Written by Confusion support on February 21, 2008 – 12:16 pm -I can’t emphasize enough how irritating, confusing and ridiculous phone support is nowadays for just about any product! I recently had a problem with Expedia and had to call for support on a billing problem. As usual I got the, apparently mandatory, Indian type person on the phone. As usual they could barely help me, had trouble understanding what I was trying to explain, and I could not understand everything they were saying (due to the accent). What in God’s name is wrong with the management of American companies nowadays! Can’t they see that good phone support is one of the most important aspects of continuing to get customers? I’m confused about the world’s oil supply. When I was much younger we were informed yearly how oil was becoming scarcer every year and we would eventually run out permanently, very soon. Is that still true? You never hear mention of it anymore! Now there appears to be so much oil that we will never run out, or are they just not mentioning it for some reason. Maybe they beat that story to death and now have moved onto something else. In any case, I’d like to know if we are going to run out or not! How would they even be able to tell with any accuracy how much is left? Maybe that is why they stopped talking about it, because they simply do not know. Read more »
